Dr. Turner has found ART® to complement her chiropractic approach, especially for long-standing or recurring problems where significant muscle or other soft tissue involvement is present. Emphasis is also placed on rehabilitative exercises to improve strength and flexibility. It is Dr. Turner’s primary goal to help you achieve optimal function in sports, work and everyday life. In her approach, it is also equally important that you understand the mechanics of your injury in order to prevent future recurrence.
